Last Class

Wow the e-folio is completed and summer is almost here, but now we have to work on excell and in class we got to use the pocket pc's which I thought were pretty cool. I am excited to see what everyones vdeos looked like.

Class on Tuesday

Woe I just got done doing the podcast and it was really easy but i though twe messed up a little but im not too worried. What I am worried about is the e-folio, ugh I have so much stuff to do in it and not that much time.Oh well I hope everyone is doing well on it

Todays Class

In todays class I downloaded my little video that Coach T and I created for class. I thought it went pretty well and I had a blast doing it. I hope this will be of some use in the future, everything so far seems to be prsctical. Oh well, time to get going on this e-folio!!!

Quiz Today

Wow, I wasn't ready for that quiz, but I feel I got about a 3 to 5 which is not the best, but I honestly forgot about the quiz. I have been trying to get the e-folio done and it a lot of work. I am glad to here there is an extension on the Podcast because I havn't even started the video yet....

Class Tonight

I am excited to go to this informative class on the e-folio tonight, no sarcasm at all by the way. I really think this will give me a boost into the right direction, is anyone else going tonight jw?

Last Class

That mid-term was not as bad as I thought, though I got a 38 which I will take considering the studying time I put into it (not a whole lot). I am about to get started on the E-folio and I am for sure going to have to go to the Wed. night class work time meeting thing I feel that will help alot!!! I hope everyones having a great Easter on Sunday

Todays Class

In todays class we had a quiz and I think it went pretty well, after that we went over chapter 7 and even though most of our semester is over there is a lot of work to get done, E-folio will be the greatest challenge. It will be interesting and very helpful but seems like a lot of work.

Spring Break

Well during spring break Coach T or Mr. T as I like to call him had another opportunity to be able to teach at Slippery Rock High School phys. ed. classes to teach wrestling, thanks to Mr. Kish. It was a blast and the experience was more than worth it to wake up at 5:30 and go mop mats. I t was a good time.

Spring Break

This spring break is going pretty well and to keep in shape and gain some teaching experience the high school phs. ed. teacher has allowed Mike T. and I to help with teaching wrestling all week. I cant wait and hope everyones break is going well.

Todays Class

Finally the web page is done and I am done with it!!! Now, the brochure and newsletter along with the e-folio. Spring break is here and it's time for a break hope everyone has a good one! In class today we just went over chapter 6 and then worked on stuff so it was a pretty easy day.

Tuesdays Class

Tuesdays class we had a nice little quiz on Chapter 3 and 4 that was really nice....not I probably didn't do so well on it but spring break is comming up!! A few more classes and we will be done for a lil while, Exciting!!!

Class

Well we didn't have class on Thursday and I finaly finished my web page due to that day off... It was a lot of work and I'm sure the e-folio will be a lot more work, plus the video, oh and the brochure and news letter. Yeah this class is overwhelming!

Todays Class

Wow, after todays class was I felt like I have a lot of stuff to get done in not a lot of time. I think the e-folio will be rough but it seems to be very interesting and will help when I graduate. The web page is challenging enough, now there is more to add to the list, but good time managment and hard work will get it done. This class is overwhelming!!!!

No Class on Tuesday

Since there was no class on Tuesday I was able to go to the Bodies exhibit in Pittsburgh and it was awesome. I really enjoyed looking up close and seeing what the human body really looks like. It was amazing to see and I think if someone gets a chance to go, it is worth it!

Last Class

Last class I figured out how get onto the NASPE Talk and I wrote a response to a persons e-mail. I also got done work for Wednsday ahead of time so I would not have to worry about it. I am currently trying new things with frontpage and it seems like a titious job.

Cell Phones for the Blind

K-NFB Reading Technolog, by Nokia...This technology reads text messages to the blind. Also, if a blind person holds a 20 dollar bill or any amount, the phone will scan it and then tell what the amount is...I found this to be an awesome advancement for the visually impaired.

Blue Tooth Technology and Prosthetic

There is new technology with prosthetic legs, I heard of this in the news and thought it was amazing. A smart leg is what it's called and it's pretty cool, the smart leg is equipped with computer sensors in the thigh and ankle, heel and toe and senses the terrain and automatically adjusts the hydraulic knee, controlling the fluid entering the mechanical joint, so it’s impossible to overload and can’t collapse. Also, the person is able to rotate the angle and walk up stairs. This technology, I thought, was awesome. thanks

My First Post

Hello, My name is Jeff Kline and I live in Butler, PA about ten minutes from Slippery Rock. I graduated from Slippery Rock High School in 2005, after high school I earned a scholarship in wrestling at Mercyhurst North East. In 2007, I graduated from MNE with a Liberal Arts degree and in wrestling earned the Academic All-American award. Slippery Rock was my school of choice, but unfortunately the wrestling team was dropped. Since I was in middle school I wanted to become a physical educator and now, finaly, I am pursuing that.
